Good idea. i've changed that. Next backup will start tonight. i'll post an 
update tomorrow morning

I could be way off base, but it looks to me as if bacula couldn't find 
the binaries for the Exchange server. Make sure you add C:\Program 
Files\Exchsvr\bin (or wherever the binaries reside) to your path, and 
then restart the bacula client.
