Same problem here. Sadly this seems to be one of bacula's limitations
in volume/device handling.

| All Volume read operations in Bacula are one job at a time.
| You must ensure that two jobs do not attempt to read the same
| Volume at the same time via scheduling or priorities. If two
| jobs do, the first one will get the Volume and the second job
| will most likely find itself in a bad position not knowing if
