I know virtually nothing about webmin's Bacula module beyond the fact 
that it exists, so I can't help you there.

I would recommend you getting used to bconsole, as I believe the 
webmin module is neither complete nor perfect, and the console 
programs are the only fully supported ways of working with Bacula.

That said, you should start verifying you can run bconsole and connect 
to your DIR.
the command 'sta dir' should gie you some output, and 'quit' closes 
bconsole.

Then, read the console chapter of the manual :-)

In bconsole issue the 'label' command. You will be prompted with some 
menus.

Ok, this is a tape without a Bacula label. You can label it from bconsole.
