[Bacula-users] Prune, Purge or Update

I have a serious problem looming. Next week I will run out of tapes, and new tapes won’t arrive until next month. What I plan to do is to make a Full volume in each Pool useable again, but I’m not really sure what is the best method. Obviously, I’m going to lose the existing data from the Full volume, but that will better than doing no backups for a month.

I need some advice as to whether I should:

prune volume

purge volume, or

update volume Volume Status

Any advice would be appreciated.
