You'd better to use names instead of ip addresses in conf files, which of 
course requires that you have DNS system that can resolve the names. This 
way there is no need to reconfigure Bacula.

Of course, if you have firewalls between clients and servers, they are 
needed to allow the traffic too, and they may need to be reconfigured.
