Hi,
Our bacula test/evaluation setup runs on centos 5.2 i386
(4G ram, 2x dual core cpu)
Current mysql database size is 7.5G
+-------+------------+-------------------+
| Jobs | Files | Bytes |
+-------+------------+-------------------+
| 2,568 | 42,648,742 | 2,454,588,820,308 |
+-------+------------+-------------------+
Estimated database size for full production system is 30-50GB.
Should i switch to 64bit os and maybe install more ram?
I am unsure how mysql scales, dont think bacula has problems.
Thanks for suggestions and infos about production setups.
