I noticed the changed headers for exactly the same reason, and
read your message within minutes of changing my own .procmailrc
to key on

  Return-Path: <bacula-users-bounces AT lists.sourceforge DOT net>

which I picked just because it most closely resembled the old Sender:
header. 

I don't really know enough about mail processing to distinguish good
from bad procmail criteria, but it occurs to me that your
idea of using "List-Id" might have the advantage that the List-Id
header is unlikely to be mangled by any intervening mail transfer
agents, unlike Return-Path.
