Hello everyone!
If bacula doesn't find an appendable volume for a sheduled job (as
described below), it will ask for one. Manually purging a tape from the
according pool is possible but bacula does not seem to notice that there
in fact is an appendable volume available now as long as the job is
still waiting. However cancelling and re-running that job will make
bacula flawlessly use the specific tape that was manually purged before.
Is there something fundamental I am missing? Maybe some sort of command
that makes bacula rescan the volume database vor appendable volumes?
Is anyone else experiencing a similar behaviour?
