So maybe this one work:
RunBeforeJob = "/etc/bacula/scripts/make_catalog_backup -ubacula
-pbacula"

If not, try this one:
RunBeforeJob = "/etc/bacula/scripts/make_catalog_backup -Ubacula
-pbacula"

That's it and it works - for shure.
