Have any command pra know how long absence for a volume be recycled?

Not sure what your question was referring to. But the retention period
starts only after the tape is marked Used or Full. Also if you want
the Wednesday tape to recycle each week you its better to make these
periods shorter than risk the chance of the tapes not being available.
Remember that bacula will only recycle the tape when it needs to write
to it. So you could have put 1 day in each of those fields and that
would have worked as well.
