Your Director has Maximum Concurrent Jobs = 1 (at the top of the first
link).
I also recommend "Prefer Mounted Volumes = no" in your Job. Change those,
try again?

Ahhh, now i feel like an idiot. Thanks for pointing that out. I will chose
those and reply back with the results. Will I just need to issue the
command "reload" in bconsole for those changes to take affect or will i need
to restart the daemon?
