Hi,

I have the problem input/output ERROR, I review the tape and works because i write in this tape manually without any problem, but when i make:

rmijares@carabobo:/dev$ sudo mt -f /dev/st0 status
/dev/st0: Input/output error

Show me the mistake, even i try to make a umount and mount:

*mount
Automatically selected Storage: carabobo-sd
block.c:944 Read error at file:blk 0:0 on device "DAT-160" (/dev/nst0). ERR=Error de entrada/salida. (input/output)
block.c:944 Read error at file:blk 0:0 on device "DAT-160" (/dev/nst0). ERR=Error de entrada/salida.
3902 Cannot mount Volume on Storage Device "DAT-160" (/dev/nst0) because:
Requested Volume "" on "DAT-160" (/dev/nst0) is not a Bacula labeled Volume, because: ERR=block.c:944 Read error at file:blk 0:0 on device "DAT-160" (/dev/nst0). ERR=Error de entrada/salida.
3905 Device "DAT-160" (/dev/nst0) open but no Bacula volume is mounted.
If this is not a blank tape, try unmounting and remounting the Volume.

The version of the OS is:
Linux carabobo 2.6.18-6-686 #1 SMP Thu May 8 07:34:27 UTC 2008 i686 GNU/Linux
And the bacula is:
carabobo-dir Version: 1.38.11 (28 June 2006)

If someone can help i appreciate
