This does not make a difference. I mean I have

File=C:\
File=D:\
File=E:\

And if a machine does not have the drive bacula will still run fine
and backup only the drives that exist. I think it issues an
error/warning though.

If you do not want this you can always have a different fileset per
machine. And to save duplication you can use the @ syntax with .conf
files to include duplicate parts.

If you want an example of how I do this I can give you one later when
I get to work.
