We're running bacula 2.2.8

Here's the scenario. We are trying to recover a file that was not picked
up by the incremental backup last night. How do we configure bacula to
pick up a file that was moved from a different directory?

The file was created at 11:30 a.m. yesterday, the incremental ran at
9:05 pm and the file was not picked up by the incremental. We're
thinking that the user moved the file over from somewhere else.

Let me know what you think about this one.
