I assume you don't set "Portable=Yes" in the fileset of the windows jobs.
See the manual for some explanation.

You're running a historic version of Bacula :-)
Note that, with a current version, restores of windows data to unix
machines works correctly (since 2005 IIRC). There are lots of other
improvements and bug fixes, too...
