Recycling is based on retention times. This may cause some confusion
though. The retention period does not start until the volume is marked
Full or Used. And on top of that if you changed the length of the
volume retention period in the configuration after the volume/tape was
labeled, bacula will keep whatever was the old retention period. To
fix this you need to run the update volume command and follow the
prompts.
