I wrote an agent that does this... http://www.meadowcourt.org/downloads

It backs up and restores using the correct system calls, and backups can
be done in full (db and logs), incremental (logs with truncate after)
and differential (logs with no truncate).

Restore can be done to the 'Recovery Storage Group' using a RegexWhere
for single mailbox restore (eg restore to the recovery storage group
then copy the mailbox across).

I use it on 4 servers on a daily basis, but haven't yet tested it under
Bacula 2.4 or Exchange 2007.
