Already did that following the bacula documentation on concurrent jobs
but didn't work, still all jobs run in series. Until now I thought this
was related to me using only a single Storage Device (Device section in
bacula-sd.conf)

Yes, I have my Pools set up for different Volume Retention Times so the
Jobs I want to run concurrently will most likely use different Pools on
the Same Storage (Storage Section in bacula-dir.conf) I didn't think
this would be a problem though..
