You might get some useful responses if you sent
- the OS you use
- the version of Bacula you use
- how the device is connected (SCSI, FC, ...)
- the device names it uses
- if it's known by the OS
- if mt (for tape drives) and mtx (for the changer) work
- what your current configuration looks like
- what tests you did and what failed.

If you feel you can't work through the above items yourself it might 
be better to pay someone setting things up for you.
