Olá, Heitor!

Eu já tive problemas desse tipo e todas as vezes foram por diferença entre as versões do Bacula-dir e bacula-fd (diretor e client).

Tanto o diretor como o client são da mesma versão?

Hello Heitor!

I have faced this kind of problem a couple of times and the reason for that was the diference between bacula-dir and bacula-fd (client and director).

Are you sure that they are the same version?

Hi Heitor.

The only time i had seen this errors in my case, is went for some
reason the server && client lost connection and just with remote
clients.

Last friday i found this problem, look:

14-Jun 02:36 bacula-dir JobId 3258: Fatal error: Network error with FD
during Backup: ERR=Connection reset by peer
14-Jun 02:36 bacula-sd JobId 3258: Job ACCPAQ.2008-06-14_00.01.19
marked to be canceled.
14-Jun 02:36 bacula-sd JobId 3258: Fatal error: append.c:259 Network
error on data channel. ERR=Connection reset by peer
14-Jun 02:36 bacula-sd JobId 3258: Job write elapsed time = 02:00:02,
Transfer rate = 146.0 K bytes/second
14-Jun 02:36 bacula-sd JobId 3258: Error: bsock.c:444 Read error from
client:192.168.1.72:36643: ERR=Connection reset by peer

The network error was because some drunk guy KO the energy box from
the company next to us and cause us problems to, all my servers went
down, this was during the morning.

Now, i your case, u are testing or this are production servers?
  Could u run backups manually?
This are remote or local clients?
Your clients have the bacula-fd port listening port 9102?
    try --> telnet client_IP 9102, u should receive a black screen.
The server can ping those clients?
  Your network is working properly?

I don't know to much about debian, but i have seen some linux
distros that enable some security features by default.

Well i would first check my connection between my server and
clients. Let us now your progress, good luck Heitor!!!
