Preface: system configured with one SD and all set so that 5 concurrent jobs may run at once.

 

What I am looking at now is a situation where the director, client, and SD all seem to disagree on what jobs are running. I noticed this because the SD is only running 4 of its 5 jobs atm.

 

My question is am I seeing a bug?
