Ok, I saw what is wrong with your configuration, the passwords in the client and on the server are not the same.

In the client its should be the file daemon password for this specified client and not the console password.

The director section on the client should like like that:

  Name = DTServer-Director

  Password = "2c881ad5b17ff0b6cc5da8bb6fa41c4d"

did you restart the services on both server and client?

did you make sure that the server name is appear correctly (case sensitive)

Nothing, I wrote the same password in both files but when I try to connect the same error appear. I do a "telnet 10.128.50.8 9102" and the PC is listening in this port. Any other help?

The password on the bacula-dir.conf on the server in the client section and the password on the windows client C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Bacula\bacula-fd.conf in the first director section
