[Bacula-users] Speed issues

Hi,
I have bacula 1.38.5 running on soalris 8. I am backing up a redhat linux machine and couple of windows XP machines. The problem is that with red hat linux machine, I am getting a Rate of 2428.6 KB/s, while with windows machine I am only getting 650 KB/s. My LAN is running on 1Gbps. I am not sure why windows machine are taking so long to back up. Can any one please guide me on the missing link to resolve this kind of a problem.
