[BackupPC-users] cygwin-rsyncd-3.1.2.0 Fix for Windows 10 and auth required, but service ... is open/insecure

I've seen a lot of discussion on this updated rsync version but
I can't find where to download it. I had installed backuppc
3.3.1 on Ubuntu and my windows 10, 8 and 7 PCs were backing up
fine. My windows 7 PCs still do, but suddenly, I'm thinking it
was a result of some automatic windows 10 update, all of my
windows 10 PCs started getting this error.
How can I get this file to see if it fixes my issues?
