It seems that it stopped graphing on the 1st of September. During which we had 
the issue, and backuppc was off for few days. However, it doesn't seem to get 
the values anymore since. 
Is there any way to fix that ?

The log didn't show anything expect the dtarting and finishing of the backup 
jobs. Other that, nothing out of the ordinary.

Permissions are correct, the backuppc user has permission to write. Check 
BackupPC log. Also you can see RRD RRA contents using `rrdtool dump pool.rrd` 
command.
