No, you said it took 3 days to backup one server, not 100 servers.
We have no idea what you have done, but you will need to do some 
homework and decide:
1) Is it reasonable/OK to only get one backup every 3 days
2) Based on your systems, amount of data, performance of everything, is 
that a reasonable time to complete a backup
3) Have you configured your system in a reasonable (normal) method

Without access to a whole stack of information, the rest of us on the 
list can't comment. ie, configs, description of the network, description 
of the servers (backup server and 100 servers), etc....
