I tried s3ql and it looks promising.

Did you run into any problems besides the mentioned issues one should be
aware of mentioned on the s3ql website? Any corruptions? Does s3ql de-
duplication work when you copy the bare files from
$datadir/pc/<pc>/<num>/ to the s3ql mountpoint?
