iiuc backuppc currently has no feature to disperse the likelihood that
several or many full backups will consistently be aligned to occur on
the same day. indeed it's quite likely that many full backups will
consistently align on the same day, eg if they were added on the same
day and follow the same schedule.

i prefer that the load/time of doing full backups be dispersed from
being aligned on the same day. currently any such dispersion must be
contrived manually, and either gets lost whenever downtime happens, or
requires separate config files for each host/filesystem.

so if there's an enhancement queue i suggest an option to specify if
full backups are desired on certain days, or if it's desired that they
are dispersed from all occurring together.

for an example, if 4 hosts are defined, and if fulls are preferred on
sundays, and if fulls are desired every 2 weeks, it would be nicest if
the size of the last full backups were noted, the smallest and largest
full backup done on one sunday, and the remaining full backups on the
next sunday, and it remained/returned to be so even after any
downtime.
