10TB data from PC backup to backup server by SMB (shared from windows)

When the full backup start:
the average is about 170Mbps (iftop)
after 24 hours ... still processing ...
the average is about 60Mbps (iftop)

Yes. file size and numbers matter
the data included GB videos and millions of small files

Is it normal speed or below average?
