Thanks for the link but the edit of rc.local didnt work for me.

i put this in the init.d script of BackupPC :

if [ ! -d /var/run/BackupPC ]; then
  mkdir /var/run/BackupPC/
  chown backuppc /var/run/BackupPC/
fi

and it's ok.
