Hi,
 
It is already installed...but how do I sort of activate it so that I could see the mentioned graphs?

How did you install BackupPC in the first place? The standard way is:

apt-get install backuppc

If you did that, you probably have the rrdtool graph. Try this, and wait 24
hours for BackupPC_nightly to run:

apt-get install rrdtool
