There's good progress, but I've been busy the last several weeks,
so lately it's slow.
Yes, it now uses full-file md5 and that digest is stored in the
attribute file. It supports rsync3, acls and xattrs. Plus there
are no hardlinks - reference counting is done via a simple database.
