I've setup a second backuppc server to help carry the load (and it's 
quite a decent machine too: Quad Xeon 2Ghz).  For some reason I just 
can't get the 1st full backup to complete successfully.  Here's the log:

2010-08-04 18:28:27 Aborting backup up after signal ALRM
2010-08-04 18:28:28 Got fatal error during xfer (aborted by signal=ALRM)
2010-08-04 18:28:29 Saved partial dump 0
2010-08-04 20:00:00 full backup started for directory /
2010-08-08 00:43:47 Aborting backup up after signal ALRM
2010-08-08 00:43:48 Got fatal error during xfer (aborted by signal=ALRM)
2010-08-08 00:43:48 Saved partial dump 0
2010-08-08 01:00:01 full backup started for directory /
2010-08-11 05:44:42 Aborting backup up after signal ALRM
2010-08-11 05:44:43 Got fatal error during xfer (aborted by signal=ALRM)
2010-08-11 05:44:43 Saved partial dump 0
2010-08-11 06:00:01 full backup started for directory /

Any suggestions of what I can do to get this done successfully?
