*big sigh of relief*

BackupPC_fixupBackupSummary fixed the "backups" file, now I can see
all backups in the Web UI. Looks like backup #0 was pruned when I
manually initiated another incremental backup.

This post pointed me to BackupPC_fixupBackupSummary:

The only thing I could imagine might have caused this is some kind of
error with the USB disk storage used for backups... maybe it was
momentarily unmounted/remounted or something.
