If an individual file is downloaded (ie: if a user clicks on a
file name) or a zip or tar file is downloaded that is logged to
BackupPC's main log file.  These aren't technically restores,
because BackupPC doesn't know what you did with the files after
you download them.

If a restore operation is done all the details of the restore request
and the transfer log are kept.  They can be browsed under each host's
summary page.  The config setting $Conf{RestoreInfoKeepCnt} specifies
how many of these restore logs to keep.
