cpool and pc directories are on the same file system. The only errors in the Xfer log is Device or Resource Busy (16) for some files.

All duplicate files should be pooled even if found in the first run. Do
you have the cpool and pc directories on the same filesystem? Are
there link errors in the logs for the backup runs?
