1. I don't want NFS-mounted subdirectories of the nominated directory
to be backed up.
Would they be excluded anyway?
If not, is there any way of excluding them?

2. I've seen it suggested that one should not backup onto a partition
on the BackupPC server;
Is that good advice?
If so, is a separate drive on the BackupPC server also inadvisable?

Any advice or suggestions gratefully received.
