I have installed xp client unsuccessfully

On vista rsyncd failed.  Any ideas why and how to debug it.

I get the following error:
 auth failed on module home from unknown (192.168.0.4): unauthorized user

/etc/rsyncd:

gid = users
read only = false
use chroot = false
transfer logging = false
log file = /var/log/rsyncd.log
log format = %h %o %f %l %b
hosts allow = 192.168.0.4
hosts deny = 0.0.0.0/0
strict modes = false
[root]
path = /cygdrive/c/
auth users = backuppc
secrets file = /etc/rsyncd.secrets
[home]
path = /cygdrive/c/users/[my home dir]/documents/quicken/
auth users = backuppc
secrets file = /etc/rsyncd.secrets
