This is a function of your browser, I believe.  Firefox remembers your 
authorization credentials until you close the browser.  You must close 
the browser, and not just the particular tab that BackupPC is shown on. 
  You must also close any other Firefox windows that you may have open. 
  Then re-launch Firefox and it should have forgotten your login 
credentials.

This process may be the same with other browsers, but I'm not sure.
