This has come up in the past but so far I haven't seen an actual solution ... does anybody have client side encryption working on FreeBSD? I have it working fine with my linux clients and for now I'm using server side encryption for the freebsd clients but it puts too high a load on the backup server. 

Any information would be appreciated.
