All tapes are active

I just switched over to 2.6.1b2 and it's working for two of my backups. The third, it appears that it kept trying to backup to S3 and errored out due to a bug in 2.6.1b1, so all of my tapes are considered "active". My dumpcycle is set to 7 days, with the tapecycle is 14. How do I reset the tapes? Just remove the tapelist? Do I also have to remove the changer-state?
