Re: dump hangs at getting estimates

The problem is with the sendsize program, wah't in the sendsize.*.debugfile?

Did amcheck succeed?

But I can't see any calcsize process running.

In the amandad logfile one can see the following error

Does this mean that I did run in a timeout issue? The timeout values
defined in amanda.conf did work ok for me until now.

etimeout 7200           # number of seconds per filesystem for
estimates.
dtimeout 43200          # number of idle seconds before a dump is
aborted.
ctimeout 30             # maximum number of seconds that amcheck waits
                        # for each client host

It would be great if someone could give me a hint what the cause of the
problem might be.
