Hi

Just upgraded out amanda server (FreeBSD 6.2) to 2.5.1 and a lot of out clients 
are at 2.4.x (mainly 2.4.2p2) some running old SUNOS 4.1.4 so upgrading these 
could be fun.

Anyway when I try and do an amrecover I get errors either in the script level 
when trying to created the index of straight away when trying to start the 
communications...

Eg here's /tmp/amanda/server/amindexd.20070925102919.debug

amindexd: debug 1 pid 30972 ruid 2 euid 2: start at Tue Sep 25 10:29:19 2007
amindexd: version 2.5.1p3
close debug file: Bad file descriptor

all the errors involve "Bad File descriptor".

Any ideas?
