Hmm still not luck,
Here is some info from amanda.conf :

and now /etc/amanda/global/chg-scsi.conf :
number_configs 1
eject           1
sleep           90
cleanmax        100
changerdev      /dev/sg3
config          0
drivenum        0
dev             /dev/nst0


But when Ido a amtape CONFIG current :
changer: got exit: 2 str: please check your config and use a config file
for chg-scsi
amtape: could not get changer info: check your config and use a config
file for chg-scsi
amtape: could not get changer info: check your config and use a config
file for chg-scsi
amtape: pid 2818 finish time Mon Jul 23 13:32:35 2007
