Your config is telling amanda it can use 314GB of disk on the filesystem
that /AmandaBackup/HoldingDisk is located. Is that a reasonable number
for that FS? Yet, you only have 0.5GB of space available.

If that 313.5GB of space is taken up with amanda dumps, then you
need to use amflush to move it to tape or /bin/rm to delete them.
If something else is taking that space you need to eliminate it
or rethink your holding disk.

Were you expecting slots 2,3,4,6, and 9 to have amanda tapes?
If yes, then you need to check what happened to those tapes because
no readable amanda label exists on them.

As amanda is expecting tape 3, or a new tape, wouldn't it be
reasonable to put tape 3 or a newly labeled tape in the changer?

amanda is giving good advice

and telling you what it expects

This one will never get backed up with your current config because,
according to your config, it will never fit on a single tape.
