The 1.14 included in RHEL4 should be ok. See
http://www.redhat.com/advice/speaks_backport.html

When dealing with RHEL (or CentOS, WB, Tao, etc.), version numbers are not
enough to determine problems. 

That being said, rebuilding the 1.15.1 srpm from Fedora works fine as well.
