Only one of the three is important here.
Is the entry listed as "reuse" or "no-reuse".
Might the entry, or the tape label, contain a funny character,
like a control character that makes it appear on the screen
as "ON-1" but is really more than 4 characters long?
As always dealing with the digit "1", might there be a lower
case letter "ell" someplaces instead of a digit?
