Currently not in amanda.
But you could accomplish something similar with a
procmail rule.

I believe that most people would like to get the mail
anyway. It happened a few times to me that the absence
of a mail triggered my awareness that there must have been
something wrong... (and indeed, a non-responsive NFS server
mounted with bad options can block a complete amanda run).
