Note you have 3 DLEs for gtisr.
One, "/", seems to have connected, probably started, and tried to
to dump directly to tape (no holding disk). Something happened
during that dump to tape.
I'm certain there are more error messages in the report or the /tmp
debug files on the server and client to better explain the problems.
