I've not seen any responses to this query.
I suspect the reason is no one had an answer.

I certainly don't.  In fact I don't think it
can be 'forced' in such a way.  If correct,
then the best you can do is make it 'most
likely' to bump each day.  For that, a
totally untested, WAG, would be 1 for each
of the three bumpxxx parameters.  Maybe
even 0.  But I don't know if zero is
accepted for those parameters.
